QR Code

Download as PNG for print or SVG for anything that needs to scale.

PNG suits print and slides. SVG stays sharp at any size, so use it for posters, signage, or anything that gets scaled up.

About QR codes

The code is generated in your browser and points straight at whatever you typed. No redirect service sits in the middle, which means it cannot expire or start charging.

Do these codes expire?

Never. The link is encoded directly into the pattern. Many QR generators route through their own domain so they can charge you later or track scans — this one does not, but it also means you cannot change the destination once printed.

How does a Wi-Fi QR code work?

It holds the network name, password and security type. Pointing a phone camera at it offers to join the network without typing anything. Handy printed and left on a guest room wall or a cafe table.

PNG or SVG?

PNG for slides, documents and anything screen-sized. SVG for print — posters, signage, packaging — because it stays perfectly sharp at any size.

How small can I print it?

About 2 cm across is the practical floor for a phone camera at arm’s length. Bigger if people will scan from further away — roughly a tenth of the scanning distance is a good rule.

Why will my code not scan?

Usually too little contrast or too little quiet space. Keep the code dark on a light background, never the reverse, and leave clear margin around all four sides.
