How many images can I use?
Up to 30. Fewer frames means a smaller file, and most memorable GIFs are only a handful of frames long.
Why is my GIF so large?
GIFs store every frame as a near-complete image, so size grows with both frame count and dimensions. Dropping to 480 pixels wide and trimming to the frames that matter usually cuts the file dramatically.
What speed should I use?
Around 100 ms per frame looks like smooth motion. 500 ms reads as a slideshow. The preview loops at whatever you choose, so you can judge before building.
Can I make a GIF from a video?
Not directly. Export the frames you want as images first, then add them here in order.
